OUR HISTORY
In 2011 our founding company, Cside Excellence, assisted our first customer with the implementation and sustainability of an Operations Excellence process and has since grown our offering to include a wide range of management consulting services.
As a founding principle, 4Xcellence Solutions believes in the value of relationships of trust: internally and externally, with partners as well as past, existing and future customers.
With a highly competent team of Industrial Engineers and MBA’s, 4X offers services across the value chain of various industries, including: The development & implementation of corporate strategy, operating models, Operational Excellence frameworks, Safety Health & Environment excellence approaches, business improvement processes, Supply Chain process optimisation and enterprise and operational risk management frameworks.
4X is committed to growing its contribution to economic transformation, starting with 30% black ownership. Our goal is to increase the value-add of our consulting services as well as broaden 4X’s horizons into new sectors and industries, where we assist our clients to solvefor business excellence.
